  I have been using the services of Ace Cash Express for several years and have never had a problem until yesterday. Thinking I am a valued customer I brought my concern to the manager, Ms. Alicia. I was "shorted" $10 out of a thousand by a cashier. I didn't count it and that is totally my fault. However, I assumed the cashier would be over on her till because I certianly didn't get the money. That was not the case. When I called the next day to inform the manager she told me I should have counted the money. Well I didn't but then I also thought they would be honest about the shortage and refund me my $10. That didn't happen. Manager said she would "look into it" but didn't ask for my number for a follow up to my concern. $10 loss but I will not do business with a company who has "dishonest" employee(s). Sadly, I turned over the money to my landlord, in the same envelop the clerk had given me, and he is the one who informed me I was short. Ms. Alicia's, who see's me every month, without every a complaint or concern, told me that my landlord could have been the one who took the money! Didn't happen. Be weary of the tellers. If you must go there, ALWAYS count your money as they are dishonest.
